  1-       ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION

 

*JOB SPECIFICATION

 

The E & I Technician performs electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities and projects. Skilled in the fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, adjustment and repair of electronic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic control circuits and systems. These systems are used to record, indicate, and control the operation of various machines, including process measurement and control instrumentation

 

*JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Implements and maintains electrical power circuits and equipment. Maintains control and automation systems, electronic and pneumatic equipment used in pipeline applications, compressor stations, pump stations, plant operations and measurement facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•          Duties include installing, inspecting, maintaining, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and electronic equipment. Along with completing all appropriate documentation associated with the duties.

•          Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.

•          Performs Inspection and Maintenance (I&M) checks on all control systems.

•          Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.

•          Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory and tariff requirements.

•          Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence.

•          Mentor fellow employees when the opportunity presents itself.

•          Maintain electrical switch gear and power distribution

•          Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment as needed.

•          Oversee the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.

•          Stay up to date on Operations Qualifications and required training.

•          Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements:

•          Two year Associate Degree in job related technical training or equivalent work experience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2- MECHANICAL SERVICES/ OVERHAULING

  

   *JOB SPECIFICATION

Installing and assembling new machines and equipment. Maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery. Diagnosing and repairing machine failures. Installing replacement parts (which you'll often fabricate yourself using machine shop instruments)

3. ESTIMATOR

 

Responsibilities:

Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Analyze company data, monitor budgets and prices using software packages.

Review and assess cost estimates.

Identify labor, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.

Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.

Conduct regular risk assessments.

Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.

Present complex and detailed reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.

A minimum of 3 years’ as an estimator or similar role.

Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities.

Proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

 

 

 

4. OPERATIONS

 

Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator

Oversee different departments working together to achieve high performance

Plan purchases and sales orders

Negotiate procurement with contractors and suppliers

Coordinate budget, services, equipment and commodities within company policy and procedure

Create reports for business expense, financial records and audits

Conduct general and clerical office tasks

Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of the business

Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels

Qualifications for Operations Coordinator

Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment required

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Proficient in technology and general office equipment

Certification of a project management professional credential may be required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Valid driver's license required

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

 

5. ACCOUNTS/ADMINS

 

Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts both payable and receivable. You should oversee the entire accounting staff and assign duties to them.

You are responsible for encompassing, reviewing and reconciling accounts, and taking up tasks related to bookkeeping. In addition to this, you will have to carry out accounting work related to taxes. You will also have to process payments to external partners and maintain updated records of invoices.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Finance or Accounting background with a strong working knowledge of bookkeeping. Further, keen accuracy is essential for your success.

Responsibilities 

Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables.

Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.

Direct marketers, clients and third-party vendors about their responsibilities.

Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.

Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services.

Assist audit activities.

Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.

Contact clients to update them about balance payments.

Prepare and submit tax forms and their filings.

Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.

Process general administration functions.

Evaluate all agreements and invoices and organize customer contracts.

Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures.

Offer support to the finance team as needed.

Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing as well as invoicing.

Assist all accountants and prepare all cash flow reports and data.

Prepare records of minutes of meeting.

Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub-ledger.

 

Requirements

B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.

Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting or similar role.

Experience in Tally will be highly preferred.

Working knowledge of tax procedures and filing.

Advanced knowledge of MS office and accounting software program. 

Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.

Solid data entry skills.

Strong analytical abilities.

Ability to work in a team as well as individually.

A keen eye for detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.
